Spring Yellow Flags

The yellow flags or iris are aquatic plants that grow wild and flourish by the water. Yellow flags waves in the breeze among the reeds and rushes by ponds and lakes, and in wetland marshes like this one.

They add touches of yellow among bright green to inspire me to a snap shot.

I love seeing them on my walks along water.
