I was rocking the night away listening to Five Guys Named Moe Band play a medley of blues, rock and rhythm and blues music during an outdoor concert in the plaza. The band got us dancing and singing along to the songs. The guys have opened for Santana, Molly Hatchett and Kansas. Five Guys Named Moe Band is a local Chicago band not to be confused with the Louis Jordan song or the musical.
The crowd started filtering in early, but still got good seats. I left my spot for a little while to head to the stage and take pictures. Tonight’s “Music in the Plaza” performance is part of a series of public concerts being held throughout the summer Tinley Park, Illinois.
The band was really good and with the perfect weather it combined together for a lively summer evening. So, I rocked the night away in the plaza with five guys named Moe.
Having a great night? You can share it in the photo challenge Travel Theme:Night that Where’s My Backpack is hosting this week.

You’ve got to love those summer concerts. Sounds like you had a good night! 🙂
It was a lot of fun.
Hem…nice music 😛
Thank you.
Sounds like a lot of fun. There is also a free summer concert series here in Las Vegas and we’re enjoying that as well.
It’s so nice when they offer the free concerts. Las Vegas is a photogenic city for the concerts.
Looks like a fun time – Love a summer night!
what a way to spend a summer evening
lots of fun
would like to hear what they were playing 🙂
Me too. 😦 I couldn’t find a link to the band on youtube or vimeo.
Just to let you know your blog appears a little bit strange in Safari on my notebook with Linux .
Thanks for letting me know.
I’ve been browsing online greater than 3 hours these days, but I by no means found any fascinating article like yours. It is pretty price enough for me. In my view, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content material as you probably did, the internet can be a lot more helpful than ever before.
