Often I snap a photographs of birds in the air, on the water or waddling on the shore. It was special to me to catch a goose in mid-landing on water. The lake is large with a breakwater, and created small bay for a boat launch. The geese and other waterfowl prefer the small for landing and coming ashore. They waddle up the boat launch to the nearby marsh.
To me, it symbolizes the freedom of flight. I wonder where the goose flew from, and if this is just another stop along the way.
