Look below the surface, and you’ll see a different world. That is what dabbling ducks do when tipping their heads forward to feed in the shallows.

It was a case of now you see them, now you don’t when they tip forward. Then it’s bottoms up, really. I hope they found their feast in among the reeds and marsh bank of the pond. It was a pleasant waterfowl magic trick to watch.
I wish I could float and glide like them above the surface, and so easily see what was below it.
